The problem

OrthoTrac and Sidexis 4 don't share a data model — so practices running both juggle two systems by hand.

Orthodontic practices often run OrthoTrac for practice management alongside Sidexis 4 for imaging. Without a bridge, staff re-key patient data, hunt for the right image in the wrong system, and lose time on every visit. Parallax keeps both systems in sync automatically.

How it works

Parallax runs alongside OrthoTrac and Sidexis 4, watching for new patients, charts, and images on either side.

Translates the record

Patient records and image references are mapped between each system's data model, in real time, with no manual re-entry.

Stays out of the way
